Elster American Meter SNAP Prover Training School

Elster American Meter will offer a 2-day SNAP Prover School beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13 and concluding on Wednesday, September 14 at 5:00 p.m.  The classes will he held at the Elster American Meter Company Facility, Nebraska City, Nebraska.
  
Registration for the school will be limited, so make plans to attend NOW. Registrations accompanied by a credit card, or check will be given first priority for enrollment.   Registrations are due by Friday, August 19.   Cancellations must be made by Friday, August 26, 2011 in order to receive a full refund of the registration fee. A waiting list will be set up to fill any cancellations.

List of Classes

Day 1 (Tuesday):

• gas meter proving
• sonic nozzle theory and sonic nozzle proving applications
• overview of the SNAP Prover
• hands on operation

Day 2 (Wednesday):

• supervisory functions of the SNAP Prover
• troubleshooting operational and electrical issues
• computer troubleshooting issues
• sensor calibrations and demonstration of Bell Interface certification

Q&A  The $750.00 registration fee includes:
